TECHNICAL/NURSING OPERATIONS (1)
1. Plans for the technical and nursing personnel needs of the department based upon patient volumes, patient care needs, equipment acquisitions, re-engineering programs automation and improvements in @Information System, and patient satisfaction.
2. Oversees the recruitment,@ selection,@ supervision, promotion and demotion of personnel and ensures all actions conform with @Human Resources policies and procedures.
